The parcel got lost for five days between Tennessee and New Mexico but the customer assistance were very helpful. When the parcel arrived I found it to be of very good quality and beautifully made.
This company is not reputable. I just had a horrifying experience and they are not helpful at all and there is a complete lack of honesty on their part. I was extremely cautious as I know they are custom made. I called their customer support in India and the support person walked me through the order phone. We even stopped while I sent him pictures for clarification and to be sure there would be no mistakes. They mailed them out and there was a HUGE MISTAKE. The manager Jasper said I could do one of two things. I could CUT my existing chair cushions in half and insert them and that would work OR # 2 I could just put them over the front and as he said, " no one will know!" Are you joking? Every squirrel, rat, raccoon and bird will be building their nests in them within hours besides I paid up front for covers and I wanted my covers! This has been going on for weeks with no resolution. There are no conversations just e mails. Please run in the other direction and learn from my mistake!

This cover is made in India. I ordered a vinyl cover custom made. It took me over 1 hour to open it so that I could even begin to put it over my potting bench. I got inside of it and pushed as hard as I could with my body and legs and arms to get it open. I fell down once carrying it to the yard to work on opening it. It was ridiculous. It is too heavy to lift over the 3 tier potting bench by myself. I have to get a neighbor to help me.
I have rated them low because I had to attach a copy of proof of purchase which has personal information on it. I already had the order number. Just making it difficult.

The online process was well defined and they made it easy to specify the custom hutch cover and allow openings for feeding and heater wires. They reached out for clarification which was reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was completed.
I needed 8 tent weights and found this site during my search. The site was easy to negotiate and the price was amazing. I was not disappointed with the quality and it arrived on the date they said it would.
The cover came before expected and fits perfectly. Unfortunately it was packaged poorly and is all wrinkled. The Coversandall feedback team is stating it's just the material but it was balled up when I opened it and if the material is the problem this should be advised on the site because I wolud not have purchased it and looked elsewhere. This is covering something inside my home and looks tacky. They told me to try and straighten it with a blow dryer but that I could possibly burn a hole in it because of the material. They have now offered some store credit but no thanks I will shop elsewhere if I need something in the future. It would have been better customer service to exchange for another material that does not wrinkle and if not available a partial refund maybe. No one mentioned I couldn't return this but I figured I cannot since it was a custom order but all the more reason to use better care.
