Product is exactly as described online. This is no ordinary cover compared to the covers that came with the patio furniture. The covers fit well based on the measurements I provided. If I had to do over I would make the cover just a few inches larger to make it a little easier putting on and off with no concerns of ripping them.

Ordering was easy. I found everything that I needed quickly and all the pictures helped. I was specifically looking for a quality cover for my Weber kettle grill. Other covers rotted in the sun, or had to be held on with bungee cords. The online reviews were good so I proceeded. The product is very well made and fits the grill perfectly. Its only been a few weeks but I'm optimistic this will give me years of use. It was so well made I started thinking of other things I needed a custom cover for.

I ordered a custom size windshield cover for a van. The product arrived and had been cut 9" short from the size stated in the order. I responded to their suggested email address with a photo of the cover with a tape measure showing the incorrect dimension. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing. Having seen how cheap the cover material they use for this product I would prefer at this point to get a refund rather than another one cut to the right size. At this point I'm not confident I'll get either.

If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer.
