We measured carefully and ordered what we wanted. They added 3cm to every dimension. What's the point of custom if you're not going to do what we ask?
If we ask them to redo it, we will be left with a product that just goes into landfill.
The cushion covers were well made and fit perfectly, would highly recommend.

Hi guys,
I was excited to receive my new sun awning yesterday, but very, very, very disappointed when I erected it.
It has so much sag in it that it is virtually unusable.
It appears whoever measured the material did not allow ANY amount for tension.
I have just now finished remassueing the edges of the awning WITH ONLY HAND TENSION and each side is between 90mm and 120mm too long, and then if tension was applied (with a turnbuckle or such) those measurements would be even worse. You guys have made thousands of these awnings and when a customer sends the measurements of his fixing points, you make an allowance for tension.
------------- and to add insult to injury, WHY did you add those extra securing points half way along each edge? I specifically called your team twice and asked if this rectangle awning would maintain its tension along each edge and was assured it would. Nothing was mentioned "on line" or by your team about adding these additional fixing points.
The only solution is now to send it back and have it re-cut as it is, (with huge regret) unusable in its current finished size.
I will await your reply and expect an addressed, prepaid courier voucher so I can get it back to your manufacturing people ASAP.
