Don't advertise as a "free cover letter" when it's not actually free, and put the price actual price somewhere visible. This is false advertising.
I'm fine with paying for services and would have preferred to know that this service wasn't totally free up front.
I assumed it was a try before you by free trial for X number of downloads. So, fixing my cover letter and then having pay seconds before downloading didn't seem right.

The cover letter building process was a breeze, but I was under the impression that I was paying $2.85 and would have access to create additional cover letters for 14 days (2 weeks), and that would be that. After I put my card information in, I was provided with a confirmation letter stating on October 14,2023 my card will be billed for an additional $23.85 to renew my subscription. I do not wish for my subscription to be renewed, or for my debit card to be re-billed.

Once I was able to connect with someone who didn't hang up on me I dealt with Isela Rojas who was very helpful. I dealt also with a "Jeff" or Geoff yesterday who would just hang up on me as soon as i said I wanted to cancel. Only when I said the word cancel, it was like, oh bad connection and then hang up on me. Btw, there was no bad connection and this is terrible to do a customer. I was under the impression this was free and once I built my cover letter, which is needed right now for the application I'm am currently submitting, I find out I have to pay for it. I wish that was disclosed up front. The letter is great and should prove helpful. If not for the feeling of being deceived I would give this site 5 stars.

The time it is suppose to take is obviously timed by some one that has done this multiple times. 5-10 minutes, is not sound, especially when you want to apply your resume towards the description in the Job announcement. Of course it differs for each person and it definitely depends on Transparency.

My experience was great until it came time to download it. The download button did not work. The convert to PDF kept sending me to a page that still would not allow me to download the cover letter. Finally, I was able to save it as PDF by going to print and selecting print to PDF. Now when I need to make adjustments I have to use ADOBE PRO to edit the document instead of being able to edit what's on the page.
