I wanted to do a background check on an employee we were looking to hire who told me that she had been incarcerated. I was given no usable information only contact information to my local police department, Arizona Public Safety, and the county Superior Court. I thought I was paying someone to search those for me. To add insult to injury now they are charging me $30 a month for a service that does not help me. Please cancel this subscription, which I didn't even know was a subscription.

When ever things like this happen to one Credit Card, it can be a bit of effort to get the funds back. Your Team Member was so kind and understanding. She immediately refunded six of the seven debits to my Credit Card. I did just look and I show Seven Debits which I believe she wanted to refund all of them? Either way, her Customer Support was above exceptional. Blessings

I called your 800 number listed on my credit card as I did not recognize the $20 charge that appeared on my account, yet again...I spoke to Angel, who was so patient and courteous as she explained how it might have happened. I had used your company to pull a property report on one of my own rentals as I'm straightening out property lines between a neighbor. Somehow, I signed up for an ongoing service which I had no need of. Angel cancelled the account and even returned some of the charges that had occurred on my account. So, kudo's to you on what a great job she did, even though I discontinued the service with your company. I left with a good feeling and if needed in the future, would engage service again. So this is a review for...Angel!
I texted requesting that my account be closed. She came back and said it had already been closed. I then requested a $20 refund at which time she requested my address and said that your accounting dept would escalate the refund if they can't do so a check would be mailed. Thanks again Sarah!
Contacted Chat Line late one night with a squawk on a $20 charge that I didn't need and didn't remember ordering. Chat Line heard my complaint, explained what they believed occurred and then refunded my $20 without any fuss.
There is all the important information and more than you would think to look for. However, I did find some data attached that did not apply to me. You just have to weed through the information and realize that in the world wide web, data gets glued to you by association.

I was interested in seeing who owned my property throughout the years since it had been built in 1948. I was given a very detailed document of who and when they lived there. It was very helpful and interesting.
Great online help to get real information about a property. Real information, real fast in support of home purchase. Great value and I highly recommend it to anyone that needs facts to make a decision.
Somehow I was set up on some monthly occurring charge and I could not find a way to cancel it. I had to get into the chat to cancel. Not terribly happy I was being charged or that I had to chat with someone as there was no way to cancel from the website, but at least the person I chatted with was able to cancel the account without issues.
I asked for a report on a house. I paid $1 then $7 for it and they charged me. Then I downloaded the report and it had mostly blank pages and Adobe says the file is defective. I also had the report emailed to me but the file had the same problems. I asked the chat for help but just said they would refer it elsewhere. Meanwhile, I paid for the report, but didn't get it.

I utilized the PropertRec website to attempt to get a specific document about property I own. It was a one-time thing so I paid a dollar. The next day I was charged $20, the charge for multiple reports. I contacted the site's live chat and explained the situation. I was immediately refunded the $20. I appreciate the quick response.
With different package names, they made multiple charges to your credit card, with information that you can find for free on Google and other websites

Website let me pull up my property quickly and the report was very good and useful information as I look to put the houses on the market latter this year.
I didn't get my report, chalked it up as a scam and moved on. Got an email asking how things went and replied. 10 minutes later I received the report and an apology. Surprised and pleased. Good job!
