First, they are using a logo similar to another company that has good ratings. However, Coursiv.io is a scam. They offer a course for $9.99 and then charged me $19.99. Then, I was charged $39.99 more a month later. I did not take another course and I did not know what the $39.99 was for as I did not sign up for a subscription to take unlimited courses. I NEVER sign up for that as I do not have time. You are not assigned an account number and there is no "purchase history" page and no way to write an email to this company. The only thing they offer is an automated system where you sign up to request a refund, thus they even know they are a scam. I guess buried somewhere in their terms of purchase amongst 30 other sentences it says this is a subscription. I even tried to see what courses they were offering if it was a subscription but could not find any. I could only find new courses to pay for. Maybe it means you have to pay $39.99/mo. To keep the simple Intro ChatGPT course active that I originally thought I was taking for $9.99. I called my credit card company and explained to them. I also finally found a email *******@coursiv.io in their privacy policy and em\ailed that address with a complaint and requested ALL my money back. Since they do not give you an account number the only thing I could provide them was my user name and email address. It's very frustrating because it is wasting everyone's time. I wrote this review in hopes of helping others to not have to go through this like I had to.
