I had been looking for a day bed for my new summer house for a while and when I saw this I thought it was perfect! It was delivered very quickly and was so easy to put up! I agree with a previous reviewer who said the seat cushion is rather flat but I aim to rectify that with an additional memory foam pad. We love it and it's fabulous value!

I ordered an item. Was the wrong item due to web page error. Took absolute age to reply. I had to send the wrong unit back. Before customer service would return right unit. Then changed their mind and refused to assist. Still waiting for refund. No compensation for error. Not even e-voucher for a whole week of stress

I have looked at others exactly the same but 3 times the price. These chairs are lovely. East to put together. Really lovely. So glad I bought them…. And I've been looking for over 18 months. These are perfect.

The step ladder is nice and tall enough to reach high ceilings which is great but wish it already came with little holes where we are supposed to place the screws so we didn't have to measure to make sure things are aligned etc

I ordered a climbing frame for my nieces 1st birthday, the courier was DHL. They tried to deliver to the wrong house twice, so I redirected to a local shop, where it got refused again. Costway asked if I would like the item redelivered to my home address, of course that would have been the best option as it was now two days late for the birthday. Just received an email letting me know that isn't possible.
Just give me my refund and I'll never use Costway ever again.

Bad customers service I supposed received my order for my son birthday 2 days before his day but never come and also after that I waited other 10 day for getting my refund!
Guys don't west your time/with that company

Mesh Drafting Chair with Flip-up Armrests and Mid-Back Padded - at it's lowest level my feet don't reach the floor, at some higher levels I can't comfortably put my feet on the bar and it can't be used to perch as shown in one of the pictures as it rolls backwards. Costway wouldn't pay for the return despite it not meeting my needs and we couldn't get it apart to return it anyway. Was looking forward to a more comfortable experience and haven't achieved it.
I tried to post this review via the website and it said it was submitted and would to be checked by the moderator but never appeared on the website.

Found my first buying experience a bit daunting especially when trying to apply supplied voucher which I was not able to use?time will tell if my rating improves over time.

Ordering and delivery was good. Product quality fine.
Sadly the waterproof garden box has a gap between the top two pieces.
So the water pools inside.

Delivery was good and on time however I didn't realise that this mirror containing space for jewellery would be in so many bits. I haven't had time to put it together yet and even though it states there are instructions inside the box I haven't found any.

Waiting to see if I actually get the furniture delivered this time. After chasing several times the order was cancelled. No delivery date given in advance and the box was left outside the house without the doorbell even been rung. Terrible service

Amazing service from beginning to end. My Grand Daughter is super happy with her cabin bed with a slide attached. There is plenty of room, very strong and ample space underneath to put her small book case and dolls and teddies etc. I'm so happy with this purchase and the price was amazing. Thank you :)

Very happy with my recent purchase at Costway UK. The item I bought was a lot more affordable than elsewhere, which made me wonder if it would hold up to my high standards upon delivery. Have to say that my suspicion was unfounded. The item arrived extremely quickly, was easy to assemble, made of durable material. I am a very happy customer! The only suggestion I have is to include more detailed assembly instructions.

Ordered Thursday evening at 19.30. Received an e-mail on the next day Friday from the carrier telling me they had picked it up from Costway and would deliver on the Saturday morning at 10.00 am. The delivery arrived at 10.00 am. All I can say is you can't ask for more well done all concerned.

Ordered the pantry cabinet, all straight forward but had to help delivery driver carry it from van to door due to it being quite heavy. With me being unable to move it once inside I cut the box so could take individual pieces upstairs but be warned on reading the instructions inside the box it says not to do this as they will only accept it back in original packaging, I have not assembled yet so am hoping everything is as it should be, the panels look really nice but as I say the only way I could get it upstairs was to open it and take individual bits upstairs, there is also a lot of packaging, but delivered on time and should look nice when assembled.

Ordered and received 3 days later. Pleased with product. Shame DHL left it on the doorstep despite being told to put in garage, lucky it wasn't stolen but would be unfair to mark down Costway as not their fault.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kepf me informed throughout dispatch re my order. Goods delivered by a very pleasant helpful driver. Items received in good packaging with clear instructions. Love my new buy for my craft room. Furniture of a very high standard. Thank you
