Awful! I ordered a costume on Oct 5, for a party I hosted on OCT 17. My costume did not arrive by the guarented date ( 10/16). When I called they told me the costume had never been shipped but would send it next day SAT delivery. Costume STILL never shipped! What a joke! I'm currently waiting for my refund. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
Ordered costumes on a Saturday, paid for guaranteed delivery for following Friday - order did not get processed until Thursday when I called. Representative told me delivery would come on Saturday. Not coming until Monday. And their reasoning is that I didn't pay for Saturday delivery! No I paid for delivery on a Friday and when the company screws up, the company should take ownership and do what it takes to make it right!
If you live in Canada NEVER order from this site, it is a scam. The delivery dates are not guaranteed even after you spend way too much extra money to ensure you have your package and when it still does not show up customer service is difficult to get ahold of and terrible, everything is a lie and is the customers fault. So disappointed will never make the mistake of ordering from this company again and I hope this saves some of you from the same situation. I will post this everywhere I can!
