Every time bed head duos are on sale the company only sends a few and every store I go to is almost always out! I called customer service and the man was so rude and unhelpful!
I've been a member since 2006. I received my first Cosmprof member card from 1100 S Atlantic in Monterey Park, Ca. Kathy issued my card. I came back with my husband to help him get his card. Kathy added him to my card. We have both been using the same card for about 10 years. It hasn't been an issue. We order online and in person.
Last week we went to the Monterey Park location. It's been about a year since my last visit. As soon as we opened the door, "May I help you" echoed three times as the employees jumped out of the back room. I came for three specific things, and I know the store. I said "No" three times. There were no other customers in the store. I'm sure Kathy heard the other girls ask before she walked out and followed us straight to the hair color. She kept making random suggestions, as if she were rushing us out. Another girl stood at the end of the isle watching as well.
I got three tubes of hair color and forgot to get the Icy White and the developer. We went to check out. My husband handed the lady our cosmoprof card. She began to question if it was really his. She asked specifically for my ID. I told her it was in the car. I was about to go get it when she stopped me and said it was ok. She sold us the products and we left.
It wasn't until I was washing my client's hair that I realized I really needed that Icy White. I sent my husband to the Cosmoprof closest to our shop. They greeted him, asked if he needed help, once. Then asked him why our account was flagged. Apparently, the miserable woman at the Monterey Park location flagged our account, asking for my ID.
I've reviewed the store on several sites in hopes of getting a response and maybe even an apology. But it looks like that behavior has become normal in that location, according to their reviews. They don't respond to reviews either.
I felt discriminated. I felt targeted. I felt like we were profiled. My visit was useless since I had to go elsewhere to complete my purchases.
Please educate these women on customer service. It's useless to hoard the products so they don't get stolen and discourage customers from ever walking in again.

I have had a late charge every month for the last three months because of an error that the bank made, I have called every month and I have been assured that it has been corrected however the following month again I have another late charge I finally had to pay them $13 I didn't know them just to close the account don't open account with this company it is a terrible experience and we don't need this at this time of our lives during Covid when we've been shut down most of the time!
I went in to pay my bill in full in August. I was told they could not check my actual balance because their website was down. So I paid the amount of what I knew I had purchased and an additional $50 to cover fees ect... I was told I'd also receive a late fee credit for their system being down and not being able to pay my bill their system automatically adds a late fee. I have no access to my online account and have requested help several times with zero luck. I was contacted yesterday for a $53 balance all of which is a late fee that I acquired while receiving bills at the wrong address. (I have called and requested a change in the address several times)
I've had the card a little under a year and still have no physical card. I have no way of knowing what these charges are for as they send my statement to the wrong address. Per the conversation from the representatives I was told it was all late fees.

After being transferred many times I was told there is nothing I can do but pay the charges because even though I signed up through cosmoprof website and I can purchase things through their website that gets billed to my card I have no access to my card from their website because the card is actually through community Bank and that is where I need to go to sign up for access. However, the information I need to sign into my account from the bank website would be on a bill or on my credit card these of which I do not have any of and they cannot provide me with one digitally.
When I asked for the bank's information they told me I could look it up!? WTF!

Refused to sell to me because I was using the cosmoprof account that my husband and I got under our salon business. If she couldn't sell to me fine whatever even though I've been using that cosmoprof card for the past 5 years with ZERO problems. But the fact that she was incredibly RUDE and unapologetic was the disgusting part. And I knew something wasn't right as soon as I walked through the doors. I walked in and she NEVER came out front to acknowledge that I had walked in. Anyone could've walked in just to steal products and she wouldn't have cared. She never greeted me or even looked up. Finally I walked up to the register and said Hi and she never said one word. She had the most horrible attitude. It looked like I had bothered her by walking into the store and interrupted her from doing nothing out in the back. I've gone to this location before and the girls are always nice but this woman was the worst I have ever come across. She had long black hair, Hispanic, with fake eyelashes on. Working on the morning of March 2nd 11am. The worst part of it is my 7year old daughter was with me and had to witness this trash service. Shame on you Cosmoprof for hiring people who don't appreciate having a job and dislike helping people.
Last minute hard to find products go in there! Great selection great value. Shampoos and nail products have great selections.
