Absolutely dreadful experience with Cora Bett vacation rentals.
They cancelled a reservation with no notice. When I called to query this, they informed me that they had double booked the property.
When I then called to request a full refund, they hung up on me.
I would highly recommend avoiding this company like the plague.
I had a problem getting into my rental and it was late at night, and the agency answered first ring, helped me and gave me some great reccomendations for places around the city. We even opted for delivery groceries so we could cook in the full kitchen. Next our flight was delayed because of the virus, and they gave us a great deal on extending a night. I don't know about this other guy but I know we would highly reccomend the young fellow and his team! We loved downtown Savannah, and our little cottage and we plan to come back next year.
