This is my 3rd pair. The side arm/hinge breaks so easily. They fell from atop my head and the side arm broke yet again!

This was so great! I was very skeptic about ordering prescription glasses online, but these glasses are absolutely fabulous! I love them!

Was traveling in Europe and broke the magnetic sunglasseses that attached to my frame. I was able to find and order the replacement and have it waiting for me by the time I arrived home. Great find!

This is the only website I order my eyeglasses. My EyE Dr. can't believe the style I picked out and the price I paid. Cool Frames. The name says it all.

I only wear rectangular frames and those are getting harder to find. Plenty to choose from and love the ones I found here. Will definitely be getting more here.

I was contacted immediately when the frames I ordered had to be shipped from France. Customer service let me know the extended timeframe for delivery, although the frames arrived quite quickly.

Found the Versace frames I recently lost, but had paid $500 for 1 year ago for $215 on cool frames. Really happy with customer service when I had a question. Will make another purchase soon!

Will definitely order again as order was correct and arrived quickly. Same frames as from my optician but faster and less expensive!

I bought 4 pairs of the same EC frames and 2 extra sunglass clips because I love Easy Clips! I could not find any opticians in my location that carried them anymore. They used to because I have been wearing the same frames for 15 years…just different colors replacing previous frames. I found the frames I love on Cool Frames, talked to a customer service rep, and she called the manufacturer/distributor and was told they still had some. So I ordered 4 pair. 48 hours later I get a call they don't have any. So I went back online and found some frames similar in style, dimensions, and ordered 4. They came in a a timely manner, nicely packaged, and I took 2 to have my new Transitions progressive lenses put in them. All good EXCEPT one pair that the sunglass clips won't properly fit on the frames?! I have reached out to Cool Frames with photos to show the problem and have not received a response yet. My next step is to hope that my local optician can help me. I LOVE Easy Clips and am so glad I found someone who still carries them. They are lightweight, comfortable, and what can be better than being able to have your sunglasses attach to your frames in a snap. No more hunting for a separate pair of glasses. While my experience with Cool Frames has had a few bumps, I would buy again from them because they carry my favorite line of frames, ordering was easy, and delivery was timely. If I didn't have the issue with the sunglass clips that won't fit I would have given the overall score of 5 stars.

I enjoy the frames a lot, exactly as pictured. My only problem is the lenses have a prescription on them that I did not choose. I did not want a prescription but have had multiple other people put them on and everyone agrees that there is a prescription on there. I tried wearing them to see if it was just me judging too hard but after about 30 minutes with them on, I took them off and could not see straight. Considering these weren't cheap I am disappointed as I bought these for vacation but am unable to wear them all together with a risk of them messing up my eye sight.

They filled my prescription and had my glasses delivered within eight days.

Big selection of products and shipping was fast. Website was easy to navigate and search for specific products was easy.

Well worth the wait. Expect it to take a little longer than you might like but it's so worth it. Got to prescription frames for the cost of one from the other guys. When I reached out with an questions regarding the status of my order I got a response next day and a tracking number the day after. Superb 10/10

I ordered the frames only and they did end up on backorder but they did arrive sooner than the expected in-stock date of 2-3 weeks. They came in-stock in about 10 days plus 4 days shipping (including the weekend). I'm glad I didn't cancel my order bc of the backorder bc the frames I got were exactly as I ordered and I liked them very much!
