I found a frame I like in Cool frame and it was actually $40.00 cheaper than the save grave at the store. I ordered it and two weeks later it arrived.,

I phoned to place an order. First I pressed the button for Sales, and after waiting about 5 minutes, I hung up. I called back and pressed Customer Service, and was delighted to get a live, very helpful young man who answered my questions and advised me to order online. I've now done so. He gets a 5, but the initial phone message gets only a 4. Maybe use a specific phrase instead of simply "Sales"?

Needed an emergency pair of frames to replace my sons broken frames and could only find the exact replacement on cool frames. I ordered them with the rush delivery option and they got here just in time for our vacation.

This company is legit. I was skeptical at first but i went ahead and ordered. I was blown away by first the frames are authentic. Secondly the lenses and prescription was just what i needed.

I broke the only pair of glasses I had left. I can't drive or really get around safely without them. Granted, I had to tape popsicle sticks to my old frames to wear them to get around while I waited for the new ones to arrive in the mail, but if you know your prescription, it's very simple to choose frames and put in your Rx information for new glasses! They arrived in about a week.

I changed my order to be overnight. Customer service was great.
