The price and service were unbeatable. Delivery was a little slow but that's due to Canada Customs since the item shipped from the USA.

It was easy and quick to order off the website. And very fast shipping.

The sales experience was very nice and efficient but I wish I could have used my coolcash on my order. Once the order (and payment) was taken, the fulfillment process was not great. It was slower than expected and prepaying for faster shipping was not worth it. In fact, you are out of luck to speed things up once the product ships. Apparently, Coolframes and their shipping partners do not have a good relationship, so making any changes after your very own items have left Coolframes (e.g. Intercepting a package to pick it up earlier or paying extra to get it faster) are impossible. Disappointing.

My daughter found the glasses she wanted elsewhere but they were over $250. Cool frames not only helped up find the same glasses but also assisted in using our health insurance to make it more affordable. My daughter LOVES the glasses. We're very pleased!

I had a really great experience with Cool Frames and I am very pleased with my purchase. I gave you 5 stars but I had to give a nudge to get my new glasses in hand. I'm sure it was an oversight. Thanks Again.

Its too long to get it. Almost one month. The price is too high.

I am a first time customer of cool frames and am very happy with the ease of ordering, the cost and quality of the frames- they are the exact same frames my eye dr has but just a different color and a much better price. Was very happy with the delivery time and the shipping updates from the company. Would purchase from them again in the future

If your looking for a lot of protection for your eyes these will give you full cover.
I bought these for myself in pink, the black ones for my husband.
I use my for daily driving, his for cycling.

They sent me the wrong frames at first but got in touch with customer service and they sent me the right ones

From start to finish, it went perfect! I was bit hesitant to order on line, but it was the exact frame I had previously had. The entire process took less than a week and I'm wondering why I didn't do this years ago.

Had a very smooth experience from order to delivery. Everything was easy to enter from my prescription and when i received the glasses they were perfect.

I have had great Customer service. Easy to use. All questions were answered.

I am in the UK and I cannot recommend Cool Frames highly enough, they are brilliant.
I purchased a pair of frames saving approx £130.00 on the Uk price. My optician will be able to put my lenses in. As my order was under the threshold there was no duty or tax to pay and delivery was free…amazing thank you 🤩

I had an issue with one of the options that were selected, but we were able to get it fixed promptly.

My frames arrived timely, in new condition and as described. I was able to transfer my existing lenses to my new frames and I am proudly wearing them as we speak. Thank you Cool Frames. You're a company I enjoyed doing business with.
