“Terrible experience”

Spoke directly with Dave whom represented himself as the owner. He promised me some extra items because I was ordering direct. He sent me an email confirmation of some of the items and sent me his cell number. Once we received the package we noticed that he did not include everything that he had promised. We immediately sent him text to his cell phone (that he used to respond to before the items shipped). He never responded to the text. I then emailed him to the email address he provided and previously responded to. Not a peep back from Dave or Cool-Off.com. We also paid for upgrades and those did not come in the package either. Everything that was sent was standard. We have now contested this charge on our Visa and we are waiting for Cool-Off to send a return shipping label. Still no response.

Tip for consumers:
I wish I had done more research on this company. I also wish I had not ordered this direct. I should have ordered this thru Amazon and then the return would have been simple.

We ordered the pressurized misting system with an upgraded motor. We never used it.
