... unbelievably shocking that a company whose mission is to assist organizations with message relay and appointment scheduling is unable to reliably direct their own messages to intended recipients!
Additionally, their sales force (if it can be called that) seems to be in total disarray and does not even return calls.

Do not bother to contact them otherwise, expect thorough dissatisfaction.
