One of the boxes has lenses that irritate my eye. The left eye lenses don't fit and are so thick that I can't keep them in my eye for more than 5 min. The right eye lenses work perfectly fine.

Easy to navigate website. It took about 20 days from the time I ordered to receive the contacts. I would have appreciated more than one email about a delay, for example a second email to say we are still working on your order. I did call customer service to make sure my order wasn't forgotten and they were very helpful! Overall a great experience just took a star off for needing to call them to check in.
