I ordered contacts and asked them to contact my Dr. for the prescription. They did not get the prescription from my doctor. They will not take them back. They send out prescriptions without checking with doctors. Now I have contacts that I can not wear and they will not refund or replace

There was a 3+ week delay since the manufacturer couldn't catch up with the production of the contact lenses I ordered. I ran out of lenses and paid quite a premium for new lenses but at least this other company keeps them in stock.

One of the boxes I received wasn't simple to open. As in the individual contact lens packaging is very glued together, making it difficult to open without splitting the packaging (unlike other times).

The only way to order Dailies.no going to the Eye Doctor for refills. You just go to their website and they take care of the details.
