Product was sent to billing and not to my son in Baltimore!

When you placed the order you selected the shipping address to be sent to the same address as your billing. Our records show that on 2/3 our customer service team responded to your email asking you to verify if the shipment was delivered to the address you selected during the time of the order being placed.
