ContactLensKing.com had the best prices compared to all the sites- even super popular ones. I have no insurance so I really thought I was going to have to pay A TON for contacts. Finding my contacts was easy, inputting my prescription was easy, shipping was extremely fast and the prices didn't break my bank account. I bought a years supply for under $150. I was pleasantly surprised! 10/10 recommend!

I needed multifocal contacts for astigmatism. I ordered them from Contact Lens King. When I received them I couldn't see with them. I contacted them and found that I ordered the wrong ones. I had missed the "toric" part of the prescription. I was told that they can legally ship the order because my eye Dr did not respond quickly enough to varify the order. I understand that I made the mistake, but I don't agree that they should ship an order without first making sure it is correct. To me, this just says, we care about making money, not taking care of our customers. It turns out they could not even fill the correct order, because they do not sell the lens that is needed for the correct prescription. It may be legal to do what they did, but I don't think it is ethical.

Federal Law states after 8 business hours we are able to process the order as entered online by the customer, it is part of the Right to Consumer Act. Also, when we ship out our product the invoice you receive states to please check your prescription to the boxes your receive to ensure you have the right prescription. Once the lenses are open we are unable to take them back as the are classified as a medical device.
Only was able to wear about 3/4 of the lenses due to problems with the lenses.

I see your product is a box of 6 and the strip of 3 could have been defective. When that happens please call our customer service immediately and we can reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf to have those lenses replaced at no cost to you. So far so good. The product is as it is with other sites, but I purchased from CLK because the price was the best out there. Not sure this will always be the case or because I'm a first time customer. Will continue to purchase if CLK offers the lowest price, if not, I'll look elsewhere.
