So I order some stuff for Christmas and made sure to call the company to make sure it was in stock, and was told I am good to ship next day air, as I wanted to. Package never showed and the smut that I talked to told me they would get back to me whenever they can. I just spend $30 dollars for overnight B****. I tracked my package and it said it was delayed due to weather, which is BS cause I live in the state an all is warm af for winter. Dudes be drippin bs out their mufukin mouth. Beware of the bs. If they make good on my refund of overnight, I will be half as pissed, but at the same time I got fu**ed in my an*s and don't see the point of shipping options if you are just going to bend me over at the gate and then post some dirty shi* about bad weather to make it seem like your doing you job. Fuc* off is what I say stuip smut.
Product was promised in stock until I paid. Now I am looking at another month for my items. I have asked to speak to a manager and was told that it is not allowed. Very frustrated.

After publishing my initial review, Construction Gear support reached out to me in less than 24 hours to issue a refund on the discount ($5). They were polite, professional and resolved my issue easily. I will absolutely become a return customer and I highly recommend this site to everyone with construction work needs. The online ordering process was convenient and Customer Service provided answers to my questions the first time I called to confirm I sent my correct logo with my online order.
The Customer Service Representative pulled up my order and opened my attached logo file and confirmed it could be seen and would appear on the safety vests as one color and not two (she removed background color).
The Customer Service Representative also gave me a heads up on what to expect with upcoming email correspondence regarding the status of my order.
I plan to use ConstructionGear for more of my requirements

Terrrible! I should have listened to the other reviewer. I even called ahead to make sure my item was in stock and was assured it was. I ordered the item, 152.50 and it was charged on my credit card immediately. 10 days later I finally got an email stating the item was out of stock until Nov 22nd which was 6 weeks away. I called and requested a refund. I will update and let you know if I get it. But I told the customer service person they should not charge customers until the item is shipped like 99.99% of the other retailers online! SHADY! The boots I ordered were 50.00 cheaper than Bass Pro but at least with Bass Pro I would have been guaranteed to recieve them without any shadyness!

So far so good :). Unfortunately the sizes I ordered didn't work for my husbands broad shoulders and smaller waistline. Not a bad problem to have. Lol
My husband loves these boots. There are the only ones he will wear. Construction Gear has what I needed at a good price. Shipping was fast and right size boot was sent.

Very disappointed with the Shipping end of things with online stores Need to improve especially that I paid $2.95 for shipping that's only 20 Minutes away from my house.

Jacket was way too big and I am unable to return or exchange. Basically stuck with a hug jacket. Customer service also was no help. Would not recommend

The shirts I ordered for my husband were exactly what he wanted. They're comfortable and breathable. He's tough on his clothes and these shirts look well made-durable.
Its a nice collection of shoes, boot and accessories. All the material use to make it is high standard.The Quality of product is good. Affordable in price.
