I bought 10 masks from them, but they came in a ziplock bag unmarked. They appear to be counterfeit. I did a return and they charge a 8.95 service fee, so that coupled with their $7 shipping fee, and for spending $28 with them, I'm getting $12 back. What a rip off
Received order and which was exactly what I ordered. I found the ordering process satisfactory. I can't understand why I am being prompted to enter at least 100 words.
I surmise that for people that have encountered problem: 100 words may not be sufficient. Regardless, one should first contact the folks at Cgear first to get their problems resolved instead of posting reviews.
Bought as a gift for a friend but as it turns out the construction of the boot is so thoroughly protective than a more common boot that right away the strength and weight of materials was too much to bare for my nonconstruction worker young man. So regrettably I am returning the boots. Made easy by Customer Service. Thank you.
These painter pants definitely run on the larger side. I ordered a 10 petite. I will be ordering an 8 petite next time. I did have to hem them because I am only 5 feet tall. They have a very low waist line compared to other painter pants. Nice!
At the beginning I was asked if I would sign up for newsletter and I would get a discount but wasn't sure how to apply since it didn't give me a code. Likely operator error on my part. Otherwise it went well
I have attempted to buy this item 4 separate times, and each time my order has been cancelled by the company without any notification or explanation to me. I seem to be completely unable to buy from this store, for no apparent reason. I've used different payment sources thinking that might be the problem, I've tried ordering with a vpn on and with a vpn off, I've even called customer service, and though they did their best they didn't have any answers or reasons for me, and they weren't able to un-cancel my orders.

Found this site while looking for cheap duct tape. They had good prices and the site wasn't too hard to navigate through. Ordered the tape the received a 10% discount for my next order. I found cheaper tape that I missed the first time with good reviews and bought some safety glasses as well. No issues with any of it, and I didn't have to reach out to Customer Service yet, so I can't give feedback there.
Extremely satisfied with the whole experience from the time I placed my order. Company did an excellent job informing me of exactly every aspect of what ro expect. From the time package was shipped to the exact time it would arrive. I was updated always on the very status of transaction. I'm am a very satisfied customer and I will definitely be a repeating customer.
I absolutely love the boots. Unfortunately they dont fit. Im having a little difficulty figuring out how to return for a larger size. But overalls I love the look, but know the steel toe wont stretch over time. Cant wait to size up and wear them.

I am still waiting for a refund on boots I shipped back 9 weeks ago! I took the package to the post office with the return label I printed from construction gear's website. However nothing has happened. They tell me they haven't received the package. I called and I was told they would issue a refund while they investigate the location of my package. I even had them email me saying that they said this. However, still nothing! I emailed them and I just keep getting a run around. 9 weeks later I have no boots and I'm out $130 and I don't know if I will ever get my money back...
Comparing prices with other online sites construction gear had the best price and many options with high end brand name products. Will continue to use them for all my construction and work Tools and work wear.
The order was delivered promptly and with no issues however they did not fit well. I am a busy guy and by the time I got around to requesting a return it had been over 30 days. Not by much mind you. The return request process was difficult as well. They declined the return of about $100 worth of products because it had been over 30 since I placed the order. Buyer beware!

I've been shopping with construction gear for long time. They never disappoint! On time delivery, wide variety of products, and most of the time fair prices. I've been recommending them to others since my first order.
These alcohol wipes were a great price and available, as they are hard to find. I use them when I work with epoxy resin to clean my cups and mixers.
Unfortunately, the individual wipes are small (about half the size of a regular wipe) and I have to use 2-3 wipes instead of 1. Still gets the job done, though.
OnlineStores that handle this product another story. As anyone looks to save money these days, onlinestore did not honor a promotion that was sent regarding this product. As most would credit accounts for price variations, onlinestores would not. "Once an order is placed nothing can change." Dumb policy.

Somebody is making put on this deal and its not the customer. When you purchase something for $40, return that same something, and only get $25 back, something is very wrong. Lousy quality, don't buy hete.

I finally found these gloves in bulk at an affordable/best price online & in stores! They're the perfect necessity for warehouse work. I was worried about the quality, but they're excellent & arrived surprisingly quick... I plan to purchase again for sure
