You people do not make it very clear on how it works until after the 89.99 is paid and what ever else you can get out of us in perks like the hard copy, it just seems very deceptive and I assure you if I would have known that it is just a certificate that I don't evenneed toget my concealed carry permit I sure as hell would not have spent 89.00 because I assure you that that your big 5 section lecture and subsequent quiz did not teach me anything I didn't already know wow if I could get my money back I sure as hell would this is a complete scam in my book

Then was told I needed to do another four hours of training by video and do my practical safety demonstration in another city. Refund was refused. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor - "I can't. We're just swamped!" He hung up on me.
