James Concilio was a fantastic instructor. Very much learned a lot about laws and how to make sure how to think about the situations before using deadly force v. s. physical force.

KC Brown is the BEST instructor that I have come across. He's knowledgeable and interesting to listen to, as well as having a good sense of humor. At first I was dreading having to sit through 18 hrs of class, but I actually looked forward to the 2nd day. The information he gave us is extremely important to know. I would recommend him and this class to anyone that needs to take a concealed carry clas.

I've been an avid firearms holder and shooter since I was a child, since I've moved to NY in 2014 I haven't been. This class gave me the legal NY state knowledge I needed to pursue in obtaining the license. The instructor was strait forward and very informative with state laws and firearm knowledge. I would take the class again through the company and instructor when required.

This was the best experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and made sure we were prepared for everything.

I went in the clas as a relatively new gun owner with probably 10 range visits -the thorouness that John delivered his messages with -was a instructor with countless experience and wisdom- I want to thank John Ludwig and his stafffor making a Class a knowledgeable experience for this 68 year old. Learned a lot in a fun and interesting class. Instructors were very knowledgeable and engaging. I came away wanting to learn more and take additional classes.

Dillen kept the presentation interesting in spite of the amount of information covered. He was very helpful and patient during the live fire instruction.

Barry was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The day went by so fast because he kept us involved and entertained through the whole class. Range time was quick and Barry did a great job explaining range safety. Going to sign my daughter up for Barry's class later this spring.

Instructor Pino was organized, professional and efficient.
I didn't really know the length of the presentation, ultimately, I wanted more!
Many myths were dispelled, and I left feeling confident about the process going forward. Previously I did not fully appreciate the full weight of carrying a firearm, now, thanks to instructor Pino, I have a deeper insight into the responsibility of using deadly force.

I loved the experience and knowledge I've learned from today, and everything was well explained... I Thank Y'all again
