Very happy with the purchase of table. It looks exactly as I expected it to based on the photos. A slightly white washed wood grain texture. The piece is sturdy enough for my small kids to stand and sit on without me being concerned but light enough for me to move around the room on my own. Delivery was during the window selected and the 2 gentlemen who brought it in were friendly and helpful. The table was received in good condition, no damaged.

After waiting months my 2 lift desks came without the actual lift kits. It is impossible to assemble the desks without the kits. I called, texted and emailed over and over, each time they gave me different bogus reasons why they were not sending the missing lift kits. Now they want me to purchase the lift kits for an extra $890 per kit. Time to go to the Better Business Bureau and report these frauds. I will continue to text and email until I get the 2 kits, so they don't get away with ripping off consumers.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. I bought a piece of furniture and after a month it still had not shipped. I contacted them and they said I needed to pay 89 more dollars for oversized item shipping or cancel my order. I paid it and still could not get a tracking number. After 2 weeks I told them to cancel my order and refund my money multiple times. I kept getting responses that they would refund it and never received any refunds. Now I am out over $500 dollars.

We ordered a hot tub that was listed IN STOCK but they did not have the item and wanted more money for a replacement. Their website clearly states they won't take your money unless the item ships which is false and the rep who clearly worked from home could care less about doing the right thing. HORRIBLE experience, they are clearly cheats
All the hot tubs got sold out very fast during COVID times. There were few left which had quality defect due to which we could not ship your item. We offered a replacement hot tub at a discount too. As per your request over the email, we canceled your order and refunded the money back to your credit card.

Ordered bed set 9/28/20 and received shipment 11/24/20, two months! When received bed, it was damaged and dresser was wrong item. Still in process of trying to get items returned and money back. Called everyday and talked to same rep and he says I will get an email in 24-48 hours, still no email starting return. This company will take your money right away but ask you to be patient when you want it back. Total frauds as far as I'm concerned. Trying to get my money back and will purchase same set on wayfair for a little more money. At least I know they are not a bunch of crooks.
I bought a $300-plus wrought-iron room divider, and it showed up barely boxed, with many pieces missing. I've made three attempts to contact customer service, to no avail. I love furniture, but I wish I would've paid a little more for the assurance my investment wasn't in vain. I'm usually the person who writes glowing reviews, so I hate that I can't be more pleasant here--but I've gotta be honest.

I ordered dumbbells from Comstrom, as their price was unbeatable by a long shot! The products function perfectly, just as expected. There are two reasons I gave a 3-star review though. First, the products arrived pretty dirty. Like there was literally dirt on the weighted plates and the bags inside the box. Not sure why. There were also scratches on the plastic caps that contain whatever fills the weighted plates. It made me think they were used. But who knows? Second, shipping took 10 weeks. I ordered the product in late April and was told it would take approximately 3 weeks to arrive because of delays caused by COVID-19, which is more than understandable. However, they didn't arrive until June. I just would have appreciated some updates along the way. I wasn't told about the shipping delay until I emailed them to ask.

This company allows you to purchase merchandise they do not have and cannot obtain. Then hold your money until you request a refund.

I got my bed today. I had ordered a homey design bed with nightstand, dresser and mirror. It was very well packaged. The guys who delivered were super nice. They were kind enough to wait for me until came back home. They waited until I checked all the pieces. Since I'm a single mother with two little ones, there was no way I could bring it in and set up. I paid the delivery guys few extra bucks and they set up everything for me and removed the debris. The service was good that I could not stop thanking them and Comstrom for prompt delivery of my furniture. Highly Recommended. Will tell my friends about this place too.
At this point, the chicken coop I ordered four weeks ago still has not arrived. I have three-month-old chickens living in storage containers because I don't have a house for them. I was told today it would be another three weeks. I hope they will refund me some of the purchase price to make up for the huge delay! I will update my review if it comes On August 19 as I was told.

Finally i received my night stand. Quality and finish is good as mentioned on their website. Hope this will last longer. Customer service was also good there is a sales representative Samuel he gave me $30 discount. Everything was good except delivery time of 3 weeks.

Ordered a white bench that said in stock. A few days later I received an email saying that it was on back order dated a month from the day I purchased it. One month later I call and they told me it would be another month. Yet on their website I could order the same bench that says in stock for a higher price. What kind of game are they playing.
I looked into your case and found out that it was a defective item showing up as a false inventory for this particular item. We indeed are out of stock on this item and don't expect to have it until the end of July.

An absolutely terrible experience. Called and emailed for two full weeks with total radio silence before being told that the nursing chair (which was listed as in-stock) couldn't be delivered for five months and abruptly canceling. They didn't even bother to answer or respond to >10 phone calls, and 5 emails.
They do not keep their website updated with accurate available merchandise. Charged me for an item that they no longer had then had to go through the process of getting a refund. Total waste of time
You placed the order on Feb 3 and requested the refund on Feb 6. Refund was processed the same day. Our typical processing time for the order is 3-5 days.
I ordered a bed that stated in stock and said it would be delivered on a certain day. That day passed so I tried emailing the company but no response so I tried calling finally someone answered and explained that the bed was on back order (only after I call they send me the email - genius) so I decided to wait. Then again that day arrived and no delivery so yet again I called and they said back order again - I got really upset since they only emailed me that the bed was on backorder AFTER I called! So I decided to wait one more time cuz I really liked the bed and was a great price. I'm Still waiting for the bed and no communication what so ever. I decided I want to cancel my order but trying to email them call them for days and nothing! When you call it just hangs up! There's no one to talk to! Do not fall for their "better" prices. I'd rather pay a bit more and have communication! Will never ever recommend comstrom. They might just be a scam. Best part is they already charged me! Usually the charge is pending until the item is shipped! Another reason for the company to be a scam- I'll just have to dispute the charge- what a waste of my time!

Took a while to ship my barbell but to be expected during these times, they didnt jack up crazy prices like elsewhere, a solid olympic bar up to 700 lbs for under 200 bicks is a fair price range

Purchased a weight bar they had as in stock early April. Received notification that it was backordered until mid may. Then 2 days ago I inquired just to make sure and was told it was on backorder until aug. 30th. I asked for an explanation and then they said it would ship at end of may. Then this morning was told they cancelled my order! This was the biggest waste of time. Complete joke. I will never order again
We started looking into purchasing a hot tub right as the pandemic was kicking off. We knew we would be spending a lot of time in the yard this summer, and wanted to make sure we had something special to enjoy. Comstrom had not only the product that we wanted, but it was in stock and available with quick shipping. The communication was fantastic, as we went back and forth to ask about specifics, and the item was delivered on time and within our budget! The hot tub itself is amazing (and it was hard to find this EXACT ONE) and we've been very satisfied with Comstrom!

Try to buy extra filters with the additional purchase because they are hard to find! Kept going out of stock on the major online retailer we normally use.

I'm not the type of person to ever write reviews but I am for Comstrom cause they annoyed me that much. Placed an order in June, received confirmation but no tracking. Contacted them in August asking the status, was told it would arrive in September. That date rolled around and I emailed them again, was told it would arrive in October. When responding to the email I received the same automated response back. I then called "Comstrom" for the phone to pick up saying "National Furniture Company." This person was very hard to hear and was not professional at all. They completely ignored the fact that I told them I was just getting automated responses that meant nothing. Now November and my order has still never arrived and suddenly my confirmation/tracking cannot be accessed. I called them again to definitely talk with the same person, but with a different name, and cancelled my order. The one star they are receiving is for the fact that I actually got my money back. Their pathetic 5% "we're sorry you didn't get your order" certainly doesn't do any justice to them never fulfilling orders. I fully regret rushing to buy something cheap from this website. Don't be as innocent as I was thinking this was an awesome deal. Worst site I have ever ordered from! They are a complete scam!
This company sucks. They took $200 in a March, it's June and no shipment. All I get is a bunch of excuses. They don't send updates on my order, I have to constantly ask. I seriously think these people are a scam. Don't do business with these people! Buyer beware!
