I ordered 4 pairs of stockings from CompressionStockings.com based on their website stating the item was "in stock". Here it is one month later. They shipped me one pair of stockings. They did not answer my email inquiry about the rest of my order. Try telephoning them during business hours and you'll get a recording too. Customer service is obviously last on this company's list of things to do. I'm left to guess what happened to my order. Greg Barnett
Although I couldn't purchase the product I needed as they don't ship that product to Canada, their customer service is excellent! If you're in need of compression stockings look no further! You won't be disappointed.
This company is a scam, it seems they scam non-US based customers more often. I made an order for two pairs of stockings that came up to approximately 180 USD and I never received them because, according to customer service, they were backlogged. So I requested they cancel my order and issue a full refund. The payment was taken from my card on November 1,2021 and still no reply or refund from the company. I called and got their answering machine. This is literally theft.
I have shopped on this website for a number of years and have never been disappointed. They have a significant number of top suppliers and their search functions help narrow down the selections. Additionally, I've never found a site that sells the same brands for less.
This was my first order from Jobst. I have been ordering less expensive stockings from a different company for a year and had never been satisfied with how they fit. I ordered only one pair to see how I liked them and how well they fit. I'm very satisfied with the fit. I wish the shipping had been quicker.
I needed to return items that where never opened and could not reach a live person at this business. They have no phone number, didn't respond to my emails, and I have limited vision and needed assistance to make the return. I finally had a friend help me figure out their complicated return policy but as a result the return ended up being more than 30 days so I guess they aren't going to return my $200 for socks! The instructions on how to make a return aren't even accurate. So now I am out my money, the $15 to send it back and they apparently kept the socks as well.
Much lower prices than if you buy from a medical supply store, fast shipping, easy to use website and good selection of products. I've been using these guys for years and have been very happy with the service.
After ordering from another company with almost an identical name but they were not very friendly I decided to call this company. Great service great selection and fast delivery
I have called your customer service 3 times to tell them I need to return this product and always get an answering machine and no one calls back. What kind of a con business are you running.

First time husband has worn this product brand. So far so good. I bought because they sounded good & price was cheaper than another brand by almost half. Would like more color options & could be longer. I expected below knee but these are more thigh. I was expressed with how quickly I got the order after ordering. They also wash up nicely.
I ordered a pair of the wool socks some time ago for my husband but they were shoved to the back of the drawer. I was out of town, not home doing laundry, so he got down to a few pair and put on the compression socks with this boots since he would be on his feet most of the day in his workshop. He loved them and asked me to order more. That is high praise from a man who doesn't pay too much attention to what he is putting on daily.
I have ordered several times from CompressionStockings and have been very pleased each time. Great selection, helpful sizing information, agreeable returns. I will continue to buy here.
Super fast shipping and good quality stockings, better than expected actually. I can't wear them alone as leggings because they still stretch more sheer in the back of my calves, but they are darker than I expected and softer.
The Smooth Toe stockings are just what I need. I have been wearing them for a few years now and it became time to add to my on-hand socks. Arthritis in my feet make it impossible to tolerate seams over my toes.
I had placed an order online but only received an automated reply. I tried contacting the merchant but never received a respond to my request even after numerous attempt to contact them via e-mail and phone. I noticed today that they have removed their phone number and their "Chat Line".
I order exactly the same product every time but never know what I'm going to receive. Colors differ, lengths differ,(one pair was so long I had to donate them to a rumage sale as I was unable to wear them) some are too tight I almost cannot get them on and some are just right. Those are the ones i keep coming back for - always in hope. Delivery is very prompt.
First of all if you deal with "Laura" - she's a total $#*!. I heard her talking to a manufacturer and she literally has no tact. Why not just stay at home and collect unemployment if you're clearly that unhappy... then you shouldn't work with people.

I have a relatively thin leg but still can find the compression stockings are too tight around the thigh.
These are perfect. I bought the unisex toeless tights in a medium short. I am 5'4" - i like that they make 2 different sizes in the length too.
I have continually been in touch asking for a refund for stockings returned unopened. I didn't want the order in the first place. Called and asked for the order to be cancelled and was told it was already shipped. That was 10/24/2016. I received a email 10/25/2016 that the order was shipped. The young man the day before lied. If their system was working right in the first place only one order would have been ordered. They have kept my money They are thieves and should be ashamed. I am now told I have 14 dollars in store credit. They have nothing I need. The other opened order proved that. Their 3x would never fit my Daughter's leg. I simply want my money back. They are greedy and liars. My name is Lorelei Briggs and I want my money back. Thanks for noticing compression stockings.
The opague stockings that are the same size I ordered the last time are are shorter this time. Also the opague stockings in this order are two inches shorter than the sheer stockings of the same size in this order. The foot is smaller also. Has the manufacturer changed something?
