5 day delay in notifying me the product ordered was not available led to over 2 weeks before alternate knee sleeve arrived. Product & price good.
I do love my compressions. I've had leg circulation problems since I was 19 and these help my leg pain almost 100%. They're much more comfortable them support stockings and they certainly go on a lot easier!

The prices were great for the quantity I was buying, but had the site actually listed the details for product availability I probably would not have ordered. I placed my high quantity order and requested the quickest delivery service available but was mislead (with lack of information) that most of that product (McDavid Level 1 Knee Sleeve) was not readily available.
I received my partial order within the appropriate time, but one of the sizes was back ordered. I had to call to follow up with someone to ask why I only received the partial order. At that moment, the customer service agent let me know that the product is made to order through McDavid and that expediting the order would not have made the difference. Had I known this, I would have just paid a higher price for the item from another company who would have had it in stock. I actually lost track of how many weeks it took to receive the completed order, when in reality I needed them in the few days that they should have been arrived with expedited shipping.
As a result to not having the product available within the timely manner, the company I work for had to purchase a second order through various vendors just to have it available to those who needed the McDavid Knee sleeve. There really should be a disclaimer or some notice about the product availability and a realistic timeline of how quickly someone could get their order fulfilled.

The on-line shopping experience was great. My disappointment was the item was "in-stock" yet didn't ship for over a week. Once shipped the USPS tracking system was not helpful in following the delivery timeline. Overall it took almost 3 weeks to arrive.

It been more then 4 days i contacted the service because i have a problem with my product, but nobody answer me... and not yet!...

Overall a great experience.
I was not sure that this 'device' will suit my purpose, but the cost is small enough that I am willing to try.
Upon receipt, as suspected the brace isn't quite what I need (but I sorta knew that going in). However, it fulfills enough of my need that I will be keeping it and using it for 'special' occasions where my "big" brace is cumbersome and ugly. This is smaller, more discreet.
My daughter is very happy with the braces
I ordered a compression sleeve, long length. The one I received was, standard length (as listed on the box and the sleeve itself) although the paperwork included said it was Long. It's not terribly important to me so I kept it. The size and compression were correct and the shipping was fast.
I found what I needed very fast, and the prices were very competitive.
Site easy to navigate, had product I wanted at a good price. What more could one ask for? Primary use: protect elbows during inline skating, perfect for the activity.
