I order a compression shirt from compressionsale.com on October 29,2019. When the package arrived they sent me the wrong shirt. When I went to return in they said it was past their 30 day return policy. However, If I ordered it on October 29,2019 and received it on November 12,2019... by my math... that's less than 30 days. And I submitted the request for return on November 16,2019. Still less than 30 days. Total and complete ripoff. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Purchased a pair of knee pads from compressionsale on 10/1, received and realized they were the wrong product. Keep in mind, the items were never opened... still sealed in their original plastic containers. I inquired about a refund and am being told they can exchange or provide store credit. Neither of which I am interested in, I would appreciate my money back.

Hard to believe this kind of customer service policy exists in todays competitive market place. Not pleased and definitely will not be shopping here again.

Before making the purchase, I read the size guide and for a 5.2 and 120 pounds person, M size was the right size to get. When I got the product (Second Skin 20-30mmhg) the waist size was unbelievable small. I could see it without trying them on. I had opened the plastic bag of course. Because of that I was not allowed to get my money back, just a credit to keep spending more money with them. For the return, I had to pay shipping costs which was ok for me. Still, they charged me $6.95 for processing charges when they received the item. I feel they scared me away with their rules and charges.
