I just picked up my order from Canada Post. The contents were correct.
Canada Customs charged duty this time: $26.72.
This seems unusual since the order I placed last summer did not have any duty charges. I asked customer service if there would be any, and they said they did not anticipate any additional charges. The order came in two shipments, neither with any extra duty.
Did something change?
The product arrived in a reasonable time, but the product was unsatisfactory.

Do not order from this company. They delay delivery and response time to email until after the return period.
I also tried to cancel a back ordered item and they would not accept it. They should have told me when I placed this order.
