Your live chat kept interfering with my ordering process. Even though they are very difficult to put on they serve their purpose.

Would've liked some specials on sets. For example, a special deal where I could've bought the doff n donner roller with the cone at a special price.

I am a return customer, and knew exactly what I wanted, so it was easy to find with the search feature. I am having the order shipped as a gift, so am anxious that it is received okay.

Second Skin products were a bit big but am deciding whether to use or send back.

The site is very easy to navigate. The order was received quickly and I received many e-mails afterward. I needed to exchange the product for a larger size, but I find that the fees involved are prohibitive. I am going to request a refund rather than an exchange. Your return policy is much more stringent than most of your competitors.
