Ordered via phone 1 pair of stockings. Within in seconds received email confirmation for 2 pair. Called customer service. They corrected order to 1 pair. When shipment arrived, guess what, 2 pair in package and Amex card charged for 2. Called customer service. They said return 1 pair at my expense. I protested and said I would set off with Amex. After a few minutes "management " agreed to email a return postage label. It came in 2 sections that I thought was odd. How ever I mailed it back but they said never received. Tracing showed it was sent to a different post office. I checked with my postmaster and was told the return label was a fraud, their words, as it was only too be used for shipping from there location not for returns. Bottom line they told Amex it was not received and I had to pay so I am out about$70. Wish I had read this site before ordering from these deceitful people. I will sign petition on Google

I first ordered from your company after being diagnosed with lymphedema about 3 years ago. I ordered my first pair through my doctors office and was shocked at the price! After that I ordered through the lymphedema therapist that I was seeing. Again, the prices were extremely high. My cardiologist suggested that I go on line and look into ordering directly. I did and have continued to order from you ever since. I am never disappointed.
