I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of hose. When I contacted them via email; they quickly sent approval for the return and explained that I would be charged the shipping for the replacement. I was okay with that. I returned the items and received an email that they had been received and my card had been charged the shipping. I paid with PayPal so assumed they had just charged PayPal. 10 days later, I still have heard nothing else from them nor received my items, so I emailed them about this. They replied that there was a problem with the card on file and to call them. I did and was told that they needed a card to process my replacement. After some discussion, we agreed that they would charge PayPal. I I received an email fro PayPal asking approval for the charge and I agreed. I received another email saying they needed my email to my PayPal account so it could charged. (Remember, I have already approved the charged.) My gut is telling me they are trying to scam me but I followed up with PayPal and was assured that this company cannot continue to charge me without my approval. Four days later, I still have heard nothing from them, so I contact them again about the shipping of my product. They replied the next morning (today) that it has been shipped.
The customer service representative was very difficult to understand and I have a horrible feeling about this whole transaction. I will not use this company again and would not recommend others using them either.
They sent me my compression hose that some one had tried on they also sent me the wrong donning gloves and when I called them they said they were out of stock and the gloves they sent me were better. I wanted the gloves I ordered they told me to send them back at my cost they made the mistake note me why should I have to pay for return shipping. Don't buy from them!

So far it was good, will see after i receive my order,, for quality and fitting as am not sure of the size,, if different then the ones from my doctor,,I received the items in great time,, and they do not fit well,, I take a large in my regular support hose and these are nothing like the ones I need,, will try more soon with something different,,
Order arrived in reasonable time, I'm happy I found some online as I was basically told they didn't come large enough to fit my ankles and calves. They are comfortable.
