I received product on 1/21/17. Tried product on 1/23/17. Evening of 1/23/17 requested a return of product. Received email back acknowledging request but no clear directions or return package slip to assist in return.
As of 1/27/17 still no further communication.

Very disappointed. Will not stay up on your leg. This is the second time that I have purchased these. The first time they were great and I had no problems. This time the bands will not keep them up. They end up at my knees if I don't pull them up three or four times a day.
