This is my first on line order, but I had ordered by phone and received the wrong stockings, sent to the wrong address with my name misspelled.

The stocking were of scratchy mesh and too large, even though I went by the size chart.
Threw them out as not worth the hassle to return.

Last year, in December, I ordered three compression sleeves Sigvaris from the company. I quickly determined that their current model is not as suitable for me as the previous model (with same specs) I ordered from them for years and years and asked for a refund of the cost of TWO of these sleeves. I did not ask to have the sleeve I tried on refunded. This charge ($ 151.92) has been pending reimbursement ever since. They want me to use it as a credit, but as the model they offer no longer works for me (indeed, it exacerbates my affected arm condition) a credit is useless, I need a refund. In Jan/Feb I was promised a refund by a staff member M., but to date nothing. I have complained again and again, and nothing refunded yet. I am fed up. I will write the Better Business Bureau or do whatever I have to do to resolve this unfortunate matter.
