I needed to exchange this product for a larger size so I used the online form to get a return number. Nowhere on any page of the website or emails they sent me was I able to find an address to which I could return the product for exchange. The live chat was useless in that after two attempts to get an address I still had no answer. I told the chat person that I couldn't find a return address on the paperwork I was sent so should I use the return address that was on the package I received? I was told to; use that if that is what they told me. He didn't seem to understand that if they had told me what to do, I wouldn't be live chatting with him.

I really like 1 of the socks I got but can't comment on the ones that were too small and need to be exchanged.

The products are very good, the timeliness of the order was very good, but to say the return/exchange is incompetent would be giving them credit they don't deserve.

VERY UPSET! Have received a product that will not fit my leg and I MEASURED and chose a size from the charts that matched all measurements. The product ROLLS DOWN with any slight movement. HATE garter type belts as they make the hose rip and pull at my flesh and gap-so that is totally not an option.
I have another brand of open toes thigh length that stays up fine that came from my doctor and this one appeared to be constructed with the same band of silicon dots. Guess I need a GRADUATED compression rather than overall type if this exists? Meanwhile I have TWO (2) packs of hose that are USELESS and $$$.
