I ordered the large size based on the measurements I took and what is shown on the company's web site. I got my socks very quickly but the socks where extremely long. I tried on one sock and it came 5-6 inches above me knee. I exchanged it for a medium size sock and hopefully it will fit correctly. I did call customer service and have no complaints whatsoever concerning their service. I only gave the product 1 star based on the sock being so long. Hopefully the medium size sock will come up only to my knees.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I had to choose rating of "1" because there was not a "0" that I could choose. I consider it a scam to get your money because it advertised for "easy return & exchanges" which is not true. The return is only for store credit & then on just certain brands. They then deduct the free shipping amount they gave you along with shipping fee to return the item which meant I would receive about $13 less on a store credit refund. My advice is NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from this company. I am just going to "EAT" my loss & not return the hose because I am afraid I will just be out more money and still not have a product that I can use. All the reviews I have now read are negative reviews telling about bad experiences wirh this company. I wanted the hose to have an extra pair for wearing after surgery. My advice is go into a store where they measure you for correct sizing & you can see the item before you purchase it. That is what I did with the pair I got immediately after surgery. I paid a little more for them but at least I can wear them. You may pay a little more but at least you have something you can wear. You won't be like me WITH MY PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY & have a a pair you paid for that you can't wear. Please remember DO NOT order from this web site.

I have only one complaint with compressionsale.com. When I called to complain about the Activa Women's Ribbed Dress Socks 20-30 mmHg I received, I was told I could not speak to a supervisor. I wanted them to know the above compression socks were more like support hose you could buy at a discount department store. I thought you would want to check the quality of the product for your customers. When I put them on I was surprised how much easier to put on a how light they felt compared to the 20-30 hose I already had. My doctor showed me how easy they stretched compared to a pair she had at her office. I am sure you do not want to get a reputation for below quality products.
