'm sorry I didn't look up these reviews first. My experience exactly matches that reported by Jacqueline D.

I wanted to compare their shipping costs; the ordering process slipped out of my control (I suspect it might be set up that way deliberately). I called Customer Service to cancel my order; they gave me an evasive answer. I emailed them, they sent it anyway.

Called CS a few times; they were argumentative! "How could that be? You can't accidentally place an order..." I've NEVER encountered such an attitude from any CS at any company! This sets a new bar for the WORST EVER!

Long story short: Avoid this company.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I made an error when submitting my order. I realized it the moment it was placed and contacted customer service immediately. I was told my order was processed already and I could not make changes or cancel my order, although it explicitly says in writing on thier website, that "After an order is placed by phone or through the web site, the customer has a short opportunity to change their order by giving us a call" I called the customer service number and the customer service agent hung up on me stating that was not in their policies. This site also claims a price match which they do not honor. They do not give refunds and charge you 15% order processing charge and an added shipping fee on items that are exchanged.

What I ordered was too large, so I returned the item exactly as I was told. No response. I asked why my money was not refunded and they said I could only have a store credit. So I ordered the same item in the correct size, and they wanted to charge me MORE FOR IT?!? So I ordered something else instead. They said I would have to CALL TO USE MY CREDIT. I work, and that's tough, because they work banker's hours. Left message, no response. Emailed. No response. NEVER AGAIN!
