I have never seen so bad customer service, to point when I told her (cs) that I appreciate if you could be more courteous with your customers, her hanged the phone on me.
The reason I called CS is because I was billed twice and I received 2 packages. I had to submit my order again, when my order was not processed the first time.
Basically, I called to see if I could return on pkg without opening it and to get fund. Then, the conversation went bad.
I don't recommend to buy from them, because if you had an issue, it won't be good.
