When I began to consider ordering from this company, I emailed about sizing. The stockings arrived after 6 weeks; the size was wrong and thigh high stockings were falling to my knees. I was on an overseas trip and couldn't meet their window of time for returns. Now, five months later, and over 50 emails in all, it seems that their service team is specialized in asking questions to delay giving answers. I was looking for a dependable company that I could have a long-term relationship with to meet my needs for these kinds of products... but now I warn anyone who is considering doing business with them to beware and keep looking around.

Nobody wants to answer this many questions
Making measurements to determine medium size was difficult. Other than that it was an easy process. I wonder if I qualify for another pair of stockings bases on previous points I accumulated? Please advise via Email? If so, please send the next largest size.
