Shipping was a little slow, but merchandise is first class.
QUICK AND EASY. The Free shipping was a good thing, as these are still very expensive, even on sale. Other sites may have had lower item prices, but didn't have the free shipping or availability that this company has. I will likely re-order the Juzo basic thigh highs in the future, but not the other items I received. I received my items within 4-5 business days (and am on the West Coast), so was pleased with the shipping time.

Sheer thigh highs in medium Jobst
30-40 are too long. I'm 5'6" and they cut into my thighs. Not enough support at ankle. Won't buy again

The color of the jobst brand I purchased previously was ugly and dense it claimed to be sheer. I couldn't return because I had discarded the package. The Ultra Sheer I liked a lot but it was too tight.

I would never have ordered from this company had I known how they worked. It stated right on their site free shipping and easy returns both untrue. I got free shipping if I spent over a certain amount of money. The returns cost you to send back and you only get store credit. My mom needed compression stockings she had gotten sized had a medical supply store. I ordered them on compression sale.com. She wore them and got bruises on the back of her legs because they were so tight. They also cut the circulation off on her thigh. We tried to rectify it. Unfortunately, we are stuck with two pair of stockings at a cost of $65.00 that we can do nothing with. Find them somewhere else where you can return them if you have a problem and get your money back! Customer service was rude as well.
