Ordered from them to be shipped to Canada. I ordered the right size but they didnt send the right size. Called them and one representative told me to send them back and they would resend the right size (the one I had originally ordered) and they would refund the shipping. Which cost close to $20.
So I paid for shipping to send them back and didnt receive a refund. Even after having documented proof in an email that I was told I would be reimbursed the shipping the company refused to pay for it. And it was their mistake. They kept saying the original person who emailed me from customer service was wrong and that they do not reimburse for shipping. If they made failed to fill their order properly, why should the consumer pay for their mistake?
After months of talking to various people, Ive just given up. Its not worth it. But will NEVER recommend or order from them again. It kept going to higher management who would never return calls or emails. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other options out there that treats its customers better.

Everything was as advertised.
To place a order was great, but I ordered the wrong socks and to try and return them was a complete nightmare. I am really disappointed with your customer service and one very rude person I talked to. I don't think I will order from you anymore if this is the way you treat your customers.
Signed up for emails was supposed to get 10% off. I did not get it.
The web page said free shipping and I was charged $3.95. That is very wrong.

I won't reorder anything until next year when my eligibility for cost reimbursement comes available again. It will be interesting to see how the products work out until then, to decide whether to reorder from this company or another.

Not happy with the loose gathering under the toes, that is where I need the compression. I bought the open toed socks.
Disappointed that I was told I'd get a 10% discount for signing up for the newsletter so I did. Then received the coupon only to find it excludes most of your merch. Click on the link to unsubscribe only to find the link is broken (error 404).
