Ordered 10 pair of my favorite knee highs from this company. Everything went well with the online transaction. The order arrived and upon opening the package I found that I was sent the wrong product. Double checked the invoice with the order and I had ordered the correct number. I emailed them and I was sent the customer service number, I called it and got a rude service representative, I explained the situation and she told me that what I ordered was back ordered so they sent me what they considered an acceptable replacement, they never emailed me to confirm that I was ok with that. I was offered 10% off my order and after I explained that I would like to have the product I originally ordered she informed me that was all she could do and hung up on me.
