It took 3 attempts for me to submit and confirm my order: one thru PayPal and two using my credit card. Two duplicate orders were delivered, and I am now working with customer service to return one unopened package for a refund. I hope that this can be done with minimal fees for the return.

This made shopping for compression stockings easier than the store and a better price with discount.
There was no indication that shipping would be charged. I thought it was free shipping. The colour of the stockings were white and I wanted black or nude and that is what I thought I had ordered. Postage stinks.

Site is pretty easy to use. Good and bad is the wide variety of products available. Nice to have choices, but hard to find the right one. The site makes it easier to sort through them.

Do not order from this company. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. I ordered an item with next day delivery. A week later I still have no email to stay the item has even shipped, but they have already charged my credit card including the $29.95 next day delivery fee! I no longer need the stockings as I had to purchase a pair somewhere else. Customer service don't even know if they have shipped yet. The company clealy does not understand how next day delivery works! It has taken 2 emails, one online chat and 2 telephone calls to get them to "request" a full refund. I have little confidence that I will get this.
