Ordered several items and even paid for expedited shipping which they did not expedite). After the time passed where i should have received them, i contacted customer support asking the status of the order and magically received a shipment notice. When my order arrived one of the pairs of compression socks came with a hole in it. Compression socks aren't helpful with holes in them and it would definitely unravel further after one or two uses. Emailed customer service a few times who replied in one sentence answers and stated I could keep the defective pair and they would get the manufacturer to send me out a new pair but I had to pay a 3.95 shipping fee. I agreed just to move on with the process as i was in pain and needed the socks sooner than later. However after a week and a half with no additional confirmation of delivery and no product received I emailed again and in another one sentence answer they said I had to send back the product before they would ship me a new one. I sent a snapshot of her email reminding her she said I did NOT have to send it back along with advising them to take care of the order and resolve their mistake. Another one line response they would send it to management. Still awaiting a response. This is not customer service. I am not paying $25 dollars +shipping for a pair of sox that I have to FIGHT them on just to receive a non-damaged pair. Do not take a chance with this company. The few dollars of savings are not worth the time, energy and hassle you could run into with your order. Their mistake for not inspecting a product before it left their hands and terrible that they make it so difficult on the innocent customer. I will be contacting the BBB.
