Wow... try getting thru to anyone in charge at this company. Funny, no one knows who that is. Spoke with a Melissa Bright who is supposedly the manager... useless. The item I purchased was not as described. I had to pay to send them back. Then they charged me a restocking fee. We will see if I get my exchanged item. Ridiculous. Cannot speak to anyone in charge. I do not do business with companies like this. Will go elsewhere. Do not buy from this company.

I wonder if I could turn them into the FBI for Internet store fraud? No free shipping advertised, did not let me approve the purchase on pay pal did not show shipping price until after it went thru. I tried to show a friend the next day what happens, it automatically accepted the payment. I saw it was authorizing I tried everything in my power to back out, I couldn't get away from it. I emailed three minutes later told them. They said my order had already shipped. I was sent a tracking number but not a confirmation that it had been shipped. Then this Melissa bright told me that it was not their fault that I accidentally bought the product. I'm reading that this has happened to many many people. I wonder how much money they are making on these false charges.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER from Compressionsale.com! Their website carries false advertising such as "Low Price Guarantee" and "Easy Returns". BUT they are crooks.

I ordered 3 compression stockings for over $250 total and tried to do an even exchange (size). One was back ordered.

Instead of simply processing the first two pantyhose and charging me for shipping or waiting to receive the third back ordered pair before processing the entire exchange, they literally double charged my credit card without my authorization.

The agents on the phone are ignorant and lazy and are obviously instructed in crooked and evasive business practices. They refused to reverse the charge offering a store credit - no discussion. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Their tiny discount isnt worth it. If I could give zero stars I would.

These people not only are nasty on the phone, they are rude on their online chat. They claim to have "easy returns," but that is NOT true! They will NOT refund money, only offer store credit or exchange. Since their socks turned my hands black just touching them, there is nothing I want from them. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and PayPal. The rep on the phone was rude, nasty, and snotty. The online chat person used all capital letters--the equivalent of shouting--after SHE told me to enter account information after I just told her I couldn't GET my account information. The company refused to give me their address, refuses to admit me to view my account by claiming I'm using the wrong email address--I have their order response using the email address in question, so they are lying.
