There is no customer support. It takes weeks to respond and months to get the miner working again. They have no interest in keeping your miner running but are very interested in selling you a miner from the start. Kudos to the team of private investigators who were able to solve my case and get my money back. I will be happy to share more about my process to help any victim of this company. I am writing this review against their pathetic customer service. I ordered a miner that never came and i never got an answer to my inquiries for a refund! I got defrauded by themmm PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK WHEN THEY ARE GONE WITH THEM?!
