Like so many (see unfiltered reviews on TrustPilot), I was deeply disappointed by my experience with this company. Not only were the products, by and large, shoddy, but customer service was a laugh.
First, they do not stand by their products. I ordered a size "plus small" top to wear over layers but they sent me a regular small (as indicated by both the packaging label and the tag in the top). They told me I would have to mail it back to China ($$$) if I wanted a replacement. Or they said I could have a small percentage of my purchase price back to use "to alter the item to my taste." How I could ever "alter" a top from a small to a plus size is beyond me.
Second, they were very slow in delivery. Some of the items I ordered in November were still being delivered in February. Not the place to buy your holiday gifts.
Third, materials are very poor quality. The scarves especially were not well made, the material is scratchy and synthetic seeming, and they did not resemble the online images. For example, the proportion of the different materials in an item turned out to be very different from what was pictured.
The only items I was glad to have bought were two pairs of fingerless gloves. Not great material (thin) but charming. I will not be buying from this company again, and frankly, I will not be buying items directly from a Chinese vendor again.
They were one of the first online stores that I know and I have experienced a purchase on the internet, everything went very well, which made me buy more and complete my shopping cart instead of removing items.
I bought a shirt for my sister to wear to graduation. We measure it and choose the size according to the size chart. I usually don't like to order clothes online because I prefer to try them on before buying, but they fit her perfectly and were of good quality. She is excited to use it. When I had a question, I received an answer that same day with all the information I needed. Would definitely buy here again!

I bought shoes here but unfortunately they did not arrive, I contacted the delivery courier, but to no avail and no luck, so I contacted the store. They were very quick with their response. Then I received an email informing me that my shoes had been re-shipped as replacement. I was amazed and impressed! I was not expecting a replacement, I was only reporting the loss of the item. Anyway, I am very happy and very grateful, your customer service has exceeded my expectations and your delivery is also very fast. I would definitely buy them online here again! Thanks again :)
I received my package and it was stolen. So, I wrote to them just to check with the courier company if it was actually delivered or not. A week later, to my surprise, I received an email saying that they could not confirm if my package was lost or not. However, I would be reimbursed for everything. That's why I preferred to buy them again, fantastic service on the internet.
The best service, buy online without problems and without complications. This website is amazing and so is your staff. Always prioritize customers and always try to solve problems if there are any!
A pretty splendid online clothing store, they are also friendly and quick to answer questions by email, shipments take time normally in these cases, the rest is excellent.
