You need to improve your check out system with Paypal. You need to notify customers sooner when you have a problem in fulfilling the order, either email or regular mail. Your correspondence to me about a payment problem indicated an incorrect form of payment that I used. I have bought for years from Collectionsetc, but your prices are going up and now with this difficulty I am loathe to buy again from you nor do I feel comfortable in recommending your company to others as I have done so.
I had ordered two of one item, and when I opened the box, there was only one there. I called collectionsetc customer service and explained the situation. Immediately, they got my information and ordered a replacement for the missing item to be sent to me at no charge. I received it in a short time, and am very pleased with the excellent service. Thank you, collectionsetc.
