Overall been happy with my experiences with Collections etc. I liked the 9.99 and under pricein more but I have been happy with the things I have purchased
Everything was great. When you send this questionnaire it would be helpful if you put what was ordered because sometimes more than one order was placed and it's hard to remember which one is which.
Always find good things on this site. Customer service was very helpful and replaced the item I had gotten. Not too happy with the color, but I am putting it to good use. Very satisfied with all the items I have purchased over the years.
Fun items
I wasn't too pleased with the Potato Express. It takes much longer than the directions say - you have to keep microwaving again & again because the directions say to only microwave for 2-3 minutes at a time. Maybe it'll get better after I use it a few times. We'll see.

Extremely disappointed that the order was not shipped for many days after it was placed. Delivered to office the day after Thanksgiving when the office was closed. Package was left outside the door on a day it was scheduled to rain.
