Easy to get to and well described

I have ordered for years and have always been satisfied.

Item 386-90-******* didn't light up when I received it. Didn't bother returning it because it would cost to return it.

Pretty quick shipping and items are described as what they are. There are wonderful items on this site.

Placed order and never heard from Collections again until this survey. The reason I placed this order online is I was going be out of town for over a week. I will contact recipient to see if the package arrived. Why is a confirmation of "delivered" not used by the company?

Using the paypal option is cumbersome and the Mastercard option always screws up with the e-mail information, so I don't use it.
