Customer service said it was a computer glitch. That should be your problem if it shows me a cheaper price that's what I should pay.
I have always had good service from CollectionsEtc. When I do have questions, they are answered promptly and courteously. I have found the products from Collections Etc. to be of good quality and I have no problem shopping with them in the future.
This is the second time I have ordered solar Christmas outdoor decor. The first was a Christmas bulb solar dangler, this time was a solar snowman dangler. Both were cute, neither of them worked. I also ordered a solar birdhouse that actually did work.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL AT ALL. I CALL BACK AND GOT ANOTHER REP WHO YOU COULD NOT UNERSTAND. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. I FINALLY TALKED TO SOMEONE AND WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RESULT. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE HAD MY CREDIT CARD REEMBURSED BUT THEY WOULD NOT DO THAT, INSTEAD I HAD TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE AND LOSE A DOLLOR ON THAT. THEN I HAD TO PAY 1.95 EXTRA FOR SOME REASON. SO I BELIEVE YOU OWE ME 2.95 BACK AND I AM SURE I WILL NEVER SEE IT. I ALSO RECEIVED MY LABEL TO SEND BACK THE WRONG MERCHANDISE WITHIN A FEW MINUTES AND HAD TO WAIT A WEEK OR MORE FOR MY CREDIT TO BUY OTHER THINGS. VERY POOR SERVICE.
